I know you can custom order guitars through Heritage and request certain neck profiles, but what is the quot;standardquot; neck profile for the 150. Is it a rounded 59 type neck or the slimmer 60's style?
I have a heritage H-150 CM and I would say that the profile is closer to the 59 than anything. It's substantial in your hand but is not quot;bulkyquot; by any means, and there are abolutely no signs of thin neck hand fatigue even after all day wood shedding sessions.
I would absolutlely agree with SwedeNuck.
I have two Heritage guitars, a 150 and a Prospect and both have medium full C necks.. May I ask what quot;thin neck hand fatiguequot; is?

Hmmm..I had a 1995 H150 that I sold last fall and the neck prof was def not as big as the 50's prof on my current Gibson LP STD. It was closer to the profile my Firebird and Epi LP STD have...which is like a 60s profile.
Perhaps Heritage has changed the stock profile? or the dealer ordered the smaller prof way back when..I don't know ? :shrug :
Nice guitars from Heritage. I would just recommend trashing the schaller bridge and get a Tonepros or other TOM. They DO affect tone/sustain (negatively)
To Westley, Thin neck hand fatigue is what happens when you play a guitar with quot;too slimquot; a neck profile and it causes your fretting hand to get tired in a short period of time. I find that Ibanez necks have a habit of doing this to alot of people since they are notoriously paper thin.
Dear SwedeNuck...hello and thank you very much for your wisdom and insights! Your comments explaining quot;thin neck hand fatiguequot; make total sense to me. I had a 1999 Fender American Standard strat with a very thin neck. After playing about 30 to 45 minutes my fretting hand would virtuaklly always get tired and now I know why.
My two Heritage guitars have a much fuller and very comfortable neck profile, in which I can play all day and almost never get tired.
