I just got the following email from stewmac about the problem with E model Megaswitch. I recently got three of them and none of them worked. I was about to give a call to return them but hey they are taking an action!

We recently discovered that there was a technical problem with the #3484

E-Model Megaswitch(s) you recently received. The problem lies within the

circuit card and only allows the switch to function in the bridge position.

We have notified our supplier and they are sending us replacements as soon

as possible. We expect to receive the corrected switches by the end of

this month, and we will send replacement(s) to you immediately upon their

arrival- with no charge, of course.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. If you have

any questions about this matter, or any other, please contact me.
