Subway Guitars
Their refret seems to be a very good deal( $100 or more cheaper than most of the good locals). I was just wanting to know if any of y'all had ever had dealings with them. I'm swapping pickups in one of their Jazz Bass copies for a friend. There are no objectionable quality issues, but I would like to know about their consistency, before I ship a guitar to them.
never dealt with them but i hope there good because those are some ****ing tremendous deals

Does Fatdog still own that?
I read a review on them, a few years ago. They seem to really get into classic American guitars and want to keep them in the country,(apparently Fatdog would make you sign a form when buying a classic as not to take it or sell it out of country).
They had an outstanding reputation.
as far as I can tell they are still owned by Fat dog
is Fat Dog Hot Dog's brother?
seriously who is Fat Dog?
It's still owned by Fat Dog. They moved back to their store on Cedar. I've not had repair work done by them but I probably will in the near future.
