I'm waiting for George from Metroamps to give me a thumbs up on my PT wiring. Then it's stand back... and Flick the switch I already caught one Bonehead mistake. The blue wire on pin 6 V3 wasn't solder :dammit: So I'll keep ya's posted while I look for more bonehead mistakes. Can't wait to hear the results!! Are those SoZos or Mallory caps? Can't quite read the writing.

There the Mallory's. The SoZo's are only a few more dollars, But this is a pretty bold step. So I'm try'in To keep it simple. I still have my Cousin's JTM 45 RI. If I can pull this off?? He wants me to to go P2P with that. I'll use SoZo's in that board.
Hmmm. I think I have my Rectifier bridge diode's in wrong for a 50 watter? I only got a layout for a 2203 with my kit. I'm looking at 50 watt builds and the Diodes are polorized the same way and not jumper at the front of the board. This could be a problem. Anybody know if this is the only difference in
the 50 to 100 watt circuit? I'll see if I can find some pics?
It's Up and Running !! No thanks to the Tech support at Metro.
Still got some tweaks to make. Sound clip... coming soon. Overall it's a Improvement in tone from the stock Laney. But NOT a night and day drastic
improvement. Most noticable is the anoying brightness of the laney is gone.
And it has a thicker warmer tone. The Biggest difference overall is now I have some Quility componets opposed to the stock laney componets That are chessy IMO.

Can't wait to hear em!! Did you change some values to warm the amp or is it just the caps? I definately messed with that to get mine mellower on the top.

Not Yet ! The sound is pretty much to my liking. But there is a 500pF cap
ganged on a 470k resistor that might get the snip. And one of the 2 10k resistor
in series by the PI can be jumper for some more headroom. The best thing about it is now it's a piece of cake to change values to you liking with out
having to take all the knobs off to get under the board.
