i can just make 10 notes a second picking a difent note cleanly each time
i can do 8 notes a second very acuratly for as long as i like....
not to great i know

I dont pick that fast at all so I dont know about that. But if you want to hear fast check out Michael Angelo Batio. He is as fast as they get. And he does play both necks at the same time.

Not a consideration, hence I can't answer the question with a definite value.

I dont bother measuring, but I'd say around 12 or 13
