Fed Ex dropped it off at lunchtime. It was packed well in the original double boxes and foam forms. I pulled it out and it looked like it was brand spanking new. Set it on my 8 ohm 2x12 cab, set the ohm switch to 8, power switch to 1 watt and turned it on. I stummed the guitar a couple of times and didn't like the presets so I performed a factory reset on the preamp. Turned it back on, reset it and began to play again. I switched the power to 15 watts and noticed a slight constant hum. Proceded to switch up to 30 and the hum got louder, but the guitar signal would still cut through. Swiched to 60 watts and the hum was so loud that it was almost unbearable, no guitar signal would come through. I turned the amp off and let it sit for a moment. I didn't smell anything burning so I turned it on again. Same thing happened. I did this a few more times after trouble shooting the other gear. Swapped out: Cabs, guitar, guitar cables, speaker cables, moved the amp to a different outlet, double and triple checked the settings for ohms and input power, changed the 12ax7 to a known good tube. I'm at a loss at this point.

Man the thing does sing! I have an older special one-off Rockmod !! c that smokes, but the new one is really a step up all the way around. I got to play on it for about 20 minutes. Used a Les Paul and a Fender semi-hollow Strat like guitar.

I'm selling a 65 watt Waller (ISP TECHNOLOGY) amp. It has 3 channesl. Clean (with bright boost), gain, and ultra gain. Built in Chorus, Delay, Tab, and 4 Reverbs. In great shape. I only use it for practice, I gig with an old fender twin. Sounds are pretty good for SS, the only reason I'm selling it is that I need something a lil smaller for just dorm room practice.
Asking price is 250, would also consider possible trades.

Ok, there have been a ton of little quot;I like itquot; and quot;this pedals kicks assquot; reviews lately, I will try to give a good review here w/o being long winded...

How different will the sound be if i put the A2P bridge pickup on the neck position?

Hi, i have recently acquired my first tube amp. I have stock pickups in my les paul copy. been looking for a reasonably priced duncan distortion on ebay for a while now. anyways just wondering if pickup quality makes more of a difference when it comes to tube amps??

These seem like sweet guitars. The trem looks massive. Any thoughts on the them. I've noticed that the older ones have a three bolt neck and new ones have 4 bolts. Is either better? The stock pickups any good? My friend saw one for $650 used with locking spezels at a local shop, seems like a good deal. I wonder how chunky is their C shaped neck?
