I'm hoping a few of the amp gods in this forum can help me out a bit with this project I'm working on.

Both of these delays look almost the same and the features are the same
does anyone know if they SOUND the same and if anyone has any reviews or info on either one

hey, i just got an ibanez sz520, there are d'addario XL extra light strings on it right now, i play mostly rhythm stuff and usually feel more comfortable playing my acoustic with mediums on it. how would putting heavier strings on my electric affect the tone? any recommendations as to how heavy, good brands for say .10-.12 guage strings? thanks, appreciate the input.

I love the DiMarzio FS-1 (DP110) in the bridge position of my Strat so much, I thought I'd look for some other DiMarzios to go with it. Bought a Blue Velvet (DP170) cheap on Ebay and put it in the neck position.

Anyone know about them?

The guitar: Ibanez RG, basswood body, maple neck, floyd rose tremolo.

Somebody give me ballpark on how many hours of playing to break in a new speaker?

Without getting into the reasons, I'll just say that I'm short on cash right now, and it's possible I'll have to sell some gear to get back on my feet. Here is a list of what I own. I would like some input on what YOU would sell and why. Pick as many or as few items as you wish.

I swapped out the necks from the 1a and the 4 to get a model 14a and a model 41. I put new strings on (D'addario XL .011s, my favorite so far) and BOTH necks get buzzing. Before, I NEVER got buzzing with new strings (not even for 1 minute), and the model 4 never buzzed. The model 1a though with the model 4 does buzz, and so does the model 4 with the 1a. I think I should wait another day and see if the strings settle but both guitars now are pretty unplayable.
