Well, I've decided hell with the Qp because it just doesn't have any qualities I like.So im going back to good ole EMG's, Now I have a few questions.This Is where I'd like to be on it.EMG-T set with a PA2, with the PA2 wired to the lead RT pickup.

Gotta pay for a recent splurge on gear. I've got two ASAT's and the one I'm offering is the cleanest of the two. Early 2000 ASAT Classic in Blue Sparkle. Dark rosewood board with 4 bolt neck. The pups have been changed out to Fender Custom Shop quot;nocasterquot; pups (sorry the originals are long gone). Includes certificate and tweed hardshell case. Both the case and guitar are in excellent condition without issues. Not much fretwear (if any) on this backup guitar. Gamp;L's quality and workmanship is on par if not better than Fender Custom Shop insturments. Looking for $675.00. Pics can be seen here:

Hey, I picked up a Phat Cat bridge for my SG today. I've never had a pickup with the braided lead before, and I'm wondering how the heck i'm supposed to ground this thing. The schematic shows the entire lead soldered to ground, then soldered onto the volume pot. How is this possible? Could somebody tell me what I need to solder and where? Thanks.

I believe the idea of this pickup being a little-known custom shop item has been a slick marketing scam all along. I'll bet the EVH is one of the best-selling pickups! And they've got people paying $160! Eddie Van Halen is putting them in his new limited edition guitars – so even if there was a conflict between and Eddie Van Halen, it's obviously been resolved. Also, Eddie's use of the pickup on the Charvel guitars is another backdoor endorsement.

my explorer has a scratchy volume pot, so i bought a can of tuner cleaner to see if thatll do the trick, and i open up the control cavity to find that the little holes in the pots are too f*cking small to fit the little needle into to shoot the stuff in. i tried just getting the needle near the opening, but it all shot up in my face anybody have any ideas?
