I have an excell work sheet that I want to convert to a word document can
this be done

If you open Word and Excel, with the file in Excel, you can usually
just highlight the data in Excel, click lt;copygt;, click over to the Word
window and click lt;pastegt;. The data will usually be formatted as a table
in Word, and will bring over formatting such as font, borders etc.
