I have created a flowchart in excel and have removed the gridlines. When I
save it in excel it appears the way that I would like it but when I cut and
paste into a word document the gridlines reappear in the background. How do
I remove them from the word document?

Hi Pacususan,
In Word, try:
Table | Hide gridlines---

Hi Pacususan,
Another option is to keep the gridlines in Excel, but make them white (or
whatever color your background is). This works is you're pasting into Word as
a picture.
Good luck!
