I have used some colour fonts on the worksheet..but when I went to print
preview, the fonts are all in black...anyone could help?


Hello dimplesjy,

Your printer has been set to print in black and white. Check the Page
Setup for your Workbook. Click File gt; Page Setup gt; Sheet (This is a
tab). Look for the section marked Print. There is a Checkbox labeled
Blank and White. If it is Checked, click it again to clear it. Also
check your printer's options. Black and white may be set there as
well.
