Can you make a picture pop up when a particular cell is selected like a

How about inserting the pic into the comment ?

Hi Lee,

I think the easiest way is to insert a comment then format the
comment's fill to be the picture.

After inserting the comment, click on its border to select it then go
Formatgt;Format Commentgt;select the quot;Colors and Linesquot; tabgt;select quot;Fill
Effectsquot; from the Fill Color drop down listgt; select the quot;Picturequot; tab gt;
click on the quot;Select Picture...quot; button gt; select the picture file gt;
click quot;Insertquot; gt; click quot;OKquot;Ken Johnson
