I am trying to use one Status field married with a changing date field to
show a progression through the process any possble formulaes that might help.
Start Date 31/12/04
Status Change Date
a 01/01/05
b 01/02/05
c 01/03/05
d 01/04/05
e 01/05/05
The data collected will use a days calculation to work out average times in
process.
I just didnt want to have five collumns of visible data if not neccessary.
Thanks for all or any help.
Consider Data gt; Filter gt; AutoFilter......it will show you all the quot;aquot; dates,
or quot;bquot; dates, or show you all the quot;a,b,c,etcquot; on a given date, or date
range......

Thank you for the auto filter suggestion, is there a possible formulae that
could be used to put date for a,b,c,d,e in consecutive columns, so i could
then analyse seperately as other user to data input, have tried IF command,
VLookup, H Lookup, concatenate (which i could get to work), and a basic macro,
still no success. Trying to get in as much automation as possible, so
formulae or Macro would be great, just stuck on possible route.
Thanks again for any or all help.
