I have a registration form created in Excel that I would like to merge the
names in one cell. I would rather not type 300 names. The names are in
Excel also.

You want 300 names from 300 single cells merged into 300 names in one cell?

registration form per person. I have 300 names. The registration form is
created in Excel. The Data/Names is also created in Excel. I know how to
merge a Word document with different names and Insert Next Record, so I can
have 300 pages of the same letter with different peoples names on each
letter. This is the same concept. Only I am starting out with an Excel
Main/Shell document. I don't know how to get the Merge Codes into my
Registration Form.

Excel does not have any built-in provision for mail merging.

Most all use Word for the mailmerge and Excel as the the data source.
