How do I keep a leading quot;0quot;? For example, I need to enter military time
and I want the cell to display 0753 when I enter 753. Thanks.--

Enter quot;0000quot; (without the quotes)

Or maybe not, I suppose that is the way they are actually to appear
although you could format as hhmm under custom format.

dates and times not just four digit numbers.
