i got a couple pick ups put in my guitar and i was jsut wondering if the bridge pick up is supposed to be angled down towards the bridge, or if it is supposed to be parallel to the body
Parallel to the strings.
If it's not parallel, then you can place some black-electric tape on both sides to even it out a bit.
I have noticed that on some arch top guitars (les paul, esp h series, ect) that the bridge humbucker is at a slight angle down twards the body.
I'm sure it's just an effect of the spring. Not a big deal, but in a perfect world you want a plane parrallel to the strings.
