is this the cap I need to wire 500k pots in my Les Paul. Right now the caps are quot;203Mquot; for the stock 300k gibson caps?

Curious why so many boutique compnies make unpotted pickups and apparently they allow a bigger/fatter tone? But, most modern pickups are potted! And some companies use some other special techniques. Many people express that it deadens the tone?

Damn they were both excellent. First was the tobacco burst the second amber, out of the box and hanging on the wall at the Commack GC. I dug them both. First they looked great, they played excellent as well, real resonant too. I had a hard time putting the burst back on the rack, I was more than tempted to take it home with me let me tell you. It was pretty light too, if they'll workout some trade in deal for me you might see pics real soon.

I have a Laney LC 30 112, as some of you know! Now she has el 83' tubes in here, but i'm looking for some tubes to get a more of a 'slash' tone, but he has 34's in his. Do you think i could find a 83' tube that sounds similar to a 34?

Hey guys, I know Jcm 800 2210's rock, but what are your opinions on a Jcm 800 2210 with reverb from 1982? Just give me your opinions on what it's good for... I'll probably use this amp in conjunction with a rectifier to get some heavy tones along with some vintage growl. But don't worry about me in this thread. Just your opinions. Thanks.
