Okay I have decided on getting the cream pearl pickguard, thanks to your guys input, anyways I was most interested in that first. Now I just need to decide what kind of pickup configuration I should get for the double fat pickup.

how far off would a regular spaced dimarzio at 48mm
(not duncan they are wider at 50mm!)

Can someone direct me towards a schematic for re-wiring my 3 Pup Les Paul with some push pull pots to choose the pups in any combo I choose. Factory wiring is a bit lame.

I am loking for full pickup replacement for all 3 positions. I have a Hot Rails-B, Duckbucker - M, and Lil 59 neck which was actually great but lacking the strat tone.

How do you think a Dimarzio PAF Pro would sound in the Neck slot of an SG?

I have a strat with a C5 in the bridge, a Fralin Blues SC in the middle and an alnico II pro in the neck. I'd like to replace the neck pup with something with an alnico 5 magnet that splits well. Any recomendations?

..tried it with a fretless Guild Pilot.Man what a great sound.The fertless sounded really crisp without sounding artifical.The more I try of this line the more I lament the depth of my pocket.

Is it possible to be able to split the bucker, for position #2 so that it sounds more like a strat using a regular five way switch?

I just took these out of a friends guitar in place of some duncans
