does xt live lack anything pod xt has, i need it for recording but as long as LIVE isnt missing anything the pod xt has ill get that 1, i think it comes with fx junkie patch which is usually $50 and it has 3 in 1 pedal which i was thinking of getting seperately and that would prob be @ 50 at least and how well are these made is extended warranty necessary

So I was telling my buddy about my quot;i'm so f#ckedquot; story about how I keep having guitars destroyed by UPS and FEDEX and right now I have no electric guitar and I have a jazz recital and some shows coming up. So he's like, you can borrow my Les Paul for as long as you need it. I didn't even ask. Cool eh? I'm flattered my friends trust me that much. So anyway I get to use a Gibson Les Paul Gothic for about a week and a half or so and I'll get to see if I could dig using one of these again. I had an early 90's Les Paul studio that I wasn't too impressed with last year. I'm not a big fan of the finish but beggars can't be choosers.

Finally i got myself the sh1 59 neck pickup. But to a dissapointment the mounting ring holes on my epi was bigger than the holes on the pickup . What should I do. If I by buy new mounting rings for seymour Duncan pickups will they then fit the holes in my guitar. I got a epi special. But all the electronics and parts are changed. So its loaded with the best stuff. Hopefully I will get to install the new pickup too. Any answers to my question???

Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum and need help with wiring a strat that I'm rebuilding. I have a Twangbanger to put in the bridge position and I have a Fender 57/62 and a Duncan SSL-1, now the question. Where should I put the SSL-1 in the middle or in the neck? I'm only doing this temporarally until I get money for a reverse wound middle pup. Thanks and nice to meet you . Joe

Hi. I wana make a fretless bass. But I have a few questions before I start.
Is it worth making (from a non fretless) myself or should i just buy one. I have a local guitar shop that will fix the fret board for around $100aus.

hey guys, this is a ?12k bridge Bill lawrence pickup.. it still has the box it came in (tho it's cracked, the pickup itself is fine though).. about 7-8 inches of lead left, 4 conductor, screws and springs included.

Would like to trade my EMG 81 (near new) for a EMG 85.
Or if anyone has one for sale...let me know.

They just feel so awkward and retarded, counterproductive. They seem more like a marketing gimmick than a useful feature. Anyone actually like these?
