They're both a5 pickups. The Jazz n is 7.75K and the 59n is 7.43K...yet the Jazz is brighter and has more harmonics and has a little bit clearer tone than 59n. Do they use differant gauge or differant wire? Is the a5 magnet longer or shorter in one compared to the other? Are the adjustable polepieces differant in one? (Longer or shorter perhaps?)

Hi Guys, Ive been playing my acoustic alot lately and in the last 3 days ive broken two strings, each time trying to tune to an alternate tuning. On my acoutsic ive tried alot of open d5 tunings,and while tuning back to eb my b string broke. While i was trying to tune up my G string it snapped as well. Both break have occured at the tuning peg. Is something wrong here? i used to be able to do alternate tuning perfectly fine. I also use daddarrio EJ17 medium strings (.013-.056) I used to use lights but my assumption was that lighter strings will break and soudn bad under unique tunings?

I've got an alder body strat with a maple/pau ferro neck. My music style is hard rock and metal.

I've got an older (Korean) LTD M100 body and neck for sale. I'll get some pics up if anyone is interested. The body is basswood, metallic blue, 2-hums, recessed floyd. The neck has a rosewood board, 24 jumbo frets, reverse headstock. Neck includes black stock tuners.

I replaced the neck pup of my mij Squier with a set of Texas Hot and this pup is impressive! its warm, sweet and clear!
It makes me wonder why I didnt try them earlier

Allright, I've got my 80w Peavey Bandit sitting ontop of a Marshall 4x12. The speaker out on the bandit is min. 8 ohms and the Marshall is an 8 ohm box, so no problems there I guess.

I live in Ontario Canada. Shipping might be a tiny bit more than it would cost to ship from one state to another, but not by much.

how much does it cost to have a pickup installed.
