I need to get 12VAC @ 1.2 amps down to 1 amp...I need a quick reply...
I know that in order for me to do this, the circuit needs an additional 2 ohms, but where do the 2 ohms go in the circuit? In parallel from the hot to the neutral? Or just in series on the hot? Also, what kinda resistor? Wire wound?

Is it OK for superswitches to touch?

FS: Fender/schaller locking tuners...
I have a set of Fender/Schaller locking tuners in brushed silver. these are a direct drop in no drilling needed for MIM and MIA strats and teles that use modern fender tuners. the main bodies of the tuners are like new, the nuts that hold them on are a bit scratched and marred around the edges (but work perfectly) from the previous owner using the wrong size wrench on them. it's not horrible but the nuts aren't perfect. they look like these....

Muff or fuzz face?
Hi im trying to decide which pedal i want a big muff pi or a fuzz face. I play phsyc rock like jimi hendrix and need somthin to possibly fatten my tone (or at least not unfatten it) and give me good distortion. So which one of these pedals would be better? Any comments about either would be good. Thanks.
