hey guys- on this table

So what do you guys think about this purdy thing? I needed a cheap backup guitar that with some pickup changes and a set up would be amazing. Here it is! Played one for a whole day yesterday through my equipment to make shure it felt good. Yes it is purple and dag gum it, it' beautiful and costing me nothing! God bless girlfriends! What do you guys think? Plus maybe you could throw some pickup combinations at me including other companies? Thanks.

hey guys......im building something that requires a 2K linear pot, and i can only find 1K linear, and 5k linear.......im thinkin either one would work, but is it really going to make a huge difference, and in what way?.........i would think 5k would be the better one to go with, just because there is still enough, it is bigger than 2k, 1k might not be enough

I stumbled on this site looking for pickup replacements for my '87 squier strat. Google pointed me to quot;The Greatest Strat pickups EVER??quot; thread from last year. The surfer II's mentioned in the thread sound like they're exactly what I'm looking for in the neck and middle pickups (Clapton / Hendrix / SRV tone!). The popular bridge pickup from the thread was a Texas hot custom. However, I haven't made up my mind on the bridge pickup yet.

I ordered I Shure SM57 from piedog.com and I just recieved the package, the only thing is it's an SM58! The thing is they sell the 58 for amp;#163;10 more but they only charged me for the 57. Should I keep the SM58 or return it and get them to send me the proper one?
