price of $246 to ship there. Thats CRAZY! Try USPS international shipping...I bet the cost drops to 1/3 of what UPS said...maybe even lower!

USPS is definitely the cheapest way to ship internationally. As long as you meet the country's restrictions, Air Mail Parcel Post is pretty cheap.
