I recently installed an Alnico 2 Pro humbucker in the bridge of my guitar and I am getting a lot of microphonic feedback. I know the A2P is already wax potted so that's not the problem. What else could it be?

granted I have no winder, but could one do this if they wnat to raise the DC resistance just a little bit...say .4k?

Or rather, a luthier did this for me. It's been a month time I had the guitar back now and I can't be more happy with this axe. I said I would right a review shortly at the time I got it... well it's been a little bit longer to find a moment in front of my keyboard.

What would be a good duncan pickup combo in a strat to get the tone Clapton got from the Cream Reunion? I know most of his tone comes from his hands, not to mention Strat and the Cornell amps though but still wondering. I play through a cyber twin SE if that helps with selection.
