I have a home made 4x8 speaker cabinet with weber alnico sig. series. I use a TM10 to drive it and I am very pleased with the tone for home use. I didn't breake the speakers already so it looks very promising. Could you tell me some tips to capture the tone of this cab?. Should I use more than one mike?

I get quite a few orders through my site so they seem pretty popular, I was thinking about buying one myself (a script logo mod for a new mxr phase 90). I can solder so apparently if you can do that they're really simple to do. Anyone else had any experiences, eg ease of use, sound quality?

Hey there y'all. I was wondering if anyone here has had some experience with both Ibanez Infinity pickups and Ibanez V7/8 pickups. I'm buying an RG next week fitted with Infinitys and I've played one with V's a year or so ago. I remember liking the V pickups but want to know whether I would be better sticking with the Infinity's (i cant really remember what the v's sound like after over a year) I play rock/metal and am looking for a sound that has powerful (but not muddy) bass and enough mids and highs to cut through a band mix without sounding sharp gritty and weak.
