just got some new parts for my paul

I have had this amp for about two years and bought it new. It is in primo condition and works perfectly. I bought it intending to join a live band and never did, thus it has hardly been touched. I will take pics if anyone is interested. I am asking $250.00 firm, and that will include shipping.

Last night, I was repairing some shorted cables, having such a difficult time with my worn out soldering iron. I don't know the exact wattage, but it doesn't seem as hot as it used to be, and the end keeps coming loose.

I just got an old banjo from my dad, and man, this thing is fun! So far, I've played a bunch of Stones songs (can't help it... open G tuning... ), figured out how to play quot;The Beverly Hillbilliesquot; theme (just the melody), and worked out a solo arrangement of quot;The Safety Dance.quot;

I have an STC-3 installed on an old DR Heartfield bass and I'm wondering if either of the internal adjustments referenced in the schematics is for volume. As it stands now, my volume seems to be lacking a bit, at least in comparison to the same preamp that I have on another bass.

I just got my Ranger Clone from buildyourownclone.com and one of the capacitors is missing. It's a 0.01uF (104k) metal film capacitor. Would I be able to find one at Radio Shack or a hardware store?

Just recently i've heard of the practice of putting an OD pedal in front of a Tube amp to get more saturation at lower volumes or something to that effect by raising the level of the pedal but not the gain so much.

Please help, I am having some issues with some sitaresque undertones on my gandl. Its on the B string. How do I go about fixing this guys?

I just recieved a set which is suppose to be stock pups off a MIM fender, it consists of 2 pups with white/black wires and a 3rd pup with yellow/black wires.
Do MIM fender pups come with yellow/black wiring in the first place??
