Please help, I am having some issues with some sitaresque undertones on my gandl. Its on the B string. How do I go about fixing this guys?

Perhaps it's the single-coil too close to the strings oddity. Neck pup lower might cure. Hmmmm....
Try raising the action and see if it still happens.
Could be a bridge or fret issue.
It's most likely one of these two things causing the problem. First is an improperly cut nut. The string my be laying only on the front part of the nut, and vibrating on the rear part. Another common cause for this problem is the saddle at the bridge. If your guitar is more than five years old, I suggest you replace the saddles with Gamp;L's current style saddles.
