I have a dimebucker and i bill lawrence 500xl i was thinking about putting both in my guitar. but have not had a chance to hear either yet. So do you think it will sound ok or should i not even bother. the guitar i'm using has a basswood body with a bolt on maple neck with rosewood fretboard.

I have a white hot rail that I would like to paint
black to match the other rails in my strat.

I'm looking for a small practise amp to use here at Amsterdam (My 40 watt Peavey is at Edinburgh and right now I use the POD through the stereo, which forbids me to listen to music at the same time). My budget is 100 euros, and I have the choice between the Vox Pathfinder 10 watt, the Fender Frontman II 15, The Marshall MG15CD, the Ibanez TB25, or the Peavey Rage 158. I'll ONLY use it with the POD anyway, but I still want something worth the money just in case. Which do you think would be the best out of those? Thanks in advance

are these amps high gain metal amps? I heard a clip or 2 on the internet and they sound realy high gain. I noticed they are 6L6 tube distortion but they seem to have more midrange than most 6L6 tube amps. would you compare them to a Soldano? I dont have a dealer anyware around me so I was wondering if anyone knew much about them?

anything i should know about doing this like, phase issues, polarity, grounding. never switched pups before and would like to get it right the first time. the broadcaster arrived yesterday, still waiting on the twang king. cant find a wiring diagram for the tk yet, still looking. thanks

Alright dudes and fellow trolls a question that I can't figure out. Does anyone know what pickups Abbath from Immortal used? From pictures it looks like he might use a white hot rails or cool rails in the neck. I cannot tell what he uses in the bridge. I'm just curious cause his tone on quot;Sons of Northern Darknessquot; is absolutely huge!
