My ENGL Savage 120 has a balanced XLR out at the back of it. Would this be fine to put straight into a 400 watt PA desk, at least i think thats what they are in the rehearsal studios...samick or yamaha desks.

Since Eddie VH ended his Peavey contract at the end of the last VH tour I have been reading different roumors online that EVH is working with Marshall for a Signature amp to replace his 5150 stuff... Anyone else hear this? If it's true it sounds like a great amp already....

On a few EB Music Man guitars they have a device called Silent Circuit that kills the noise and hum of the pickups..... It's on the Silhouette Special model. Does anyone have a clue what it is they are using? I have been told it is not a dummy coil....
