I need to adjust the truss rod on my guitar but the PRS website shows you that it should be .010 inches at the 8th fret when depressing the 1st and 24th fret. Only problem is that my guitar has 22 frets (which most PRS's are) so it seems kinda dumb they don't post it. That and what string are they talking about? your low or high E? If anyone could tell me what I need to do exactly it would be much appreciated.

Full shred neck clips here
Since Sune didnt need the clips anymore i figured i would just create another thread. I got a new mic a while back and had been wanting to record some decent clips of the full shred in action. One is all clean, i know someone here will recognize the clip. The second is with Mr. John Spina's modded SD-1 with full gain, equal level, and tone knob about 1/3 of the way. Nothing particular in the clip.

Johnny Hiland
Hey guys, what's up? I just got Johnny hiland's new CD. It's awesome stuff. I know who uses a Yelecaster, and I'm pretty sure a HH one, or those are soe ballsy single coils he's got. Anywho, does anyone know what he uses for an amp and pedals? He gets some great cleans and distortion, kind of the mix I've been looking for actually. Well thanks for the info!

Intonation woes
This past week, I got a set of understring radius gauges and files, and did a tune-up of my Warmoth VIP. I cut the middle 3 saddles lower on the wrap-around bridge, and lowered the nut height on the low-E. It plays fantastic now, and intonation is beautiful.

JB
Maybe its just my fatigued ears, but I have found that setting the polepieces on the JB in the traditional style (to match the radius of the fretboard) does not work well with the JB (at least on my custon 22 PRS)!! If I raise the middle two polepieces and lower the B and high E strings, the string to string volume is ok, but the treble strings get real thin sounding. Raise them a little and they fatten up, but can get a little too loud - its driving me nuts!! Any suggestions??

Peavey Valve King amps
Whats the deal with these things? They've supposedly been released, right? All the websites say out of stock. Just wondering if anyone knows what's up. Thanks.

Hi there,

What would you consider the best delay? Why?
I'm orientating on my future pedal board (it's due to a couple of months), but since I've never gotten into pedals that much I don't have the slightest clue about good ones except wahs I suppose.
