I have a brand new Fireball II that I bought, put on my pedalboard, and decided an hour later that it wasn't for me. There's not a scuff or scratch on it.
I got it for $229 shipped, and am willing to make a deal or maybe even take a trade - cash if necessary. I am looking for a suitable replacement, like a MI tube Zone or similar.

What is your main Tube Amp?
One of my main amps for gigs is a Fender Deluxe Reverb Reissue.
Has the Classic Fender Clean/Reverb, and works

Anyone interested in cheap stock pups?
I have a Dean Bridge zebra which is good, better than Epi crap. I also have two brand new Hamer, nickel covered, lesser quality. Great for putting on a guitar for sale to someone who don't give a crap.

Preamp Tubes for High Gain. Shootout Results.
Tonight, I did a preamp tube shootout, just to see what pre tubes are the KING of high gain. The test amp was my extremely good sounding 50W Marshall Jubilee on Jubilee 4-12 w/Vin 30's and Tesla JJ E-34L's (10% higher output than EL-34's)

Humbucker wiring
I might be able to find the answer to this somewhere in the forum, but haven't located it yet. I just installed the Distortion (neck) pickup in the bridge position of an old Ibanez blazer. It's well shielded, and I am using a mini-switch (on-off-on) to a 500k pot volume, and a 250k pot for tone. The volume is not at all gradual, and it seems like that tone is more like a second volume for the other coil (I was aiming for a coil cut/off/humbucker option). The high E amp; B strings are a little dull to the sound. Any thoughts? I suppose I can try to bring the treble side up a little more.....

WTS: JB/Custom5 Hybrid Pickup
I am selling a JB/Custom5 hybrid as made by BachToRock. I bought this pickup from him just a few weeks ago, but after I bought it I realzied that 1) I need a trem spaced pickup, and 2) The regular Custom (ceramic) would fit my style better.
