I have a Strat that I left the strings off of for a long time and once I finally got it together I noticed a lot of buzzing. I'm assuming the neck is warped, but I'd like to make sure. But I've tried to look down the neck and stuff and I just can't tell if it's warped or not

Hey, Has anyone out there ever seen a Gibson humbucker that was half T Top and half pre-T Top? I just got this pickup from a mid-60's 335, and one bobbin is clearly a T Top but the other bobbin has no T and it has the square in the circle hole showing the windings. Do you think somebody swapped in a bobbin, or did they ever come out of the factory like this?

I ordered the free Carvin DVD from their site and watched it last night and I really must say that their California carved top model is one hot guitar!!! I ordered a Carvin about two years ago a DC127T with the active electronics and sent it back because I HATED it. It was my fault though....I should have gone simpler. Mine as you can see in these pics had every electronic option. 4 switches and 4 knobs and 2 outputs. It was more than my simple guitar mind could handle. It was a work of art though perfect in every aspect from a build quality aspect. I think one of the newer CT models would be killer!!!

I´m going to buy a used Duncan Designed P-90, but I´m not sure if it´s the real thing.

To get the same sound as a Tom Delonge Strat i would want a SH-8 Invader right? plz help

Anybody know if these can pull off the classic thick Les Paul tones and killer sustain? I have a craving for a wine red Les Paul and I'm thinking this Yamaha might actually do the trick (certainly looks like a cool guitar).
