Hey guys. I'm unsatisfied with the way the stock volume pot on my Les Paul Junior works. I would like it to retain a bit more high end as I turn the volume down. Can someone please recommend a cap brand/value that would help me accomplish this?

I am now a avid fan of Gibson Les Pauls. As a matter of fact, after my strat project I am going to start saving money for one. Arg, I've been borrowing one for the past 2 weeks and now I'm hooked. It's true that nothing else sounds or plays like them. Can you believe it? I don't know what kind of jedi mind trick was used but I've turned over to the dark side.

I was wondering how good the 100 watt Fender Twin Amps are. I'm in a position where I can get a brand new one for $600, and I'm trying to figure out how amazing these amps are.

These are common on Ibanez guitars with two humbuckers. They allow some interesting combinations - without a PRS type rotary switch. I cannot find a source by googling.

Anyone try one out in a closed back cab? I have one on the way from Avatar and I've read nothing but great reviews of it in an open back. I'm going to pair it with the Swamp Thing that is already in the closed back cab. It seemed like an interesting pairing of speakers. Can't wait to try it out with my new Vox head that I also got today.

i have a set of fender Usa pups from an 89 tele... they sound great... $75

how does a neck quot;warpquot;? and can things like tunning down and back up between songs cause this?

What do yall know about this amp? What kinda sounds etc? There is one locally for $550 is that a pretty good price?
