I'm looking for a black knob from a San Dimas Charvel, either NOS or used. Does anyone have one or know where to look?

hey folks, ive got a cheezy plywood epiphone bass which, judging by the p bass body and jackson style headstock, was made in the 80s or 90s. i have to buy a few parts for it and since i cant afford to get a new pickup for it im just gunna use the one i got with it. the pickup is a split single coil p bass pickup with two wires coming out of each pickup. one half of the pickup has a long black wire and a short red one whereas the other half has the opposite thing going. i have no clue which one is hot or ground or where to solder the wires together. the only other useful info is that the ground wire coming from the bridge is red. also, does it matter which way the pickup is configured?

Hi, i have seen that a few of you own a Roland Cube 60. It seems a good choice for me because its small, it has decent built in fx, it has a couple of high gain amp models and most of all it seems to have decent tone for a solid state amp!

How do you pay, (credit card?) and how do they ship things out? Priority Mail?

I'm interested in adding a fullsize synthesizer to my arsenal. Ideally, I'd love to get an Alesis Andromeda, but that's a bit outside of my budget. Right now, I'm thinking about a Yamaha DX-7 Mk1 and a Sherman Filterbank2 ( from : localhost/Any other suggestions?

Well ya! I'm going today to see if my Trembucker Custom is installed on my (previously s/s/s) strat! I ordered the stuff awhile ago and it took awhile to come in, I'm very exited and will post pics as soon as I can.

It seems that lately I have been really wanting to have a strat in my quot;collectionquot; of guitars. Right now my only electric is a ibanez rg320fm and I just want another electric thats really different. But anyways for some reason i have been drawn to the strats. Are the MIM Strats worth getting? I have played a few, but its been a long time and I dont really remember how well they play. So for all of you that have them are they worth the ~$400 (I love the sunburst).
