just wonderin, what pups you all are using in your fat or double fat strats that work great for metal.

Turns out Jackson was messing around with making guitar amps sometime around the early 90's. The last time I went to my local second hand gear shop, there were two Jackson 4x12 guitar cabinets. They seem to be very solidly built, heavy, in great condition and look absolutely bad ass with it's metal grill and shiny jackson logo on it. They we're only $400 AU a piece also. I would get one straight away if one could actually fit into my car!

Did anyone try this amp ? I sold my Behringer GX 210 and i need a new amp. I tried some tube amps like Fender Hot Rod Deluxe, Marshall DSL 401 etc... But the Peavey XXL 212 Combo was awesome to my ears. I play hard'n'heavy with my Fender Strat. I still can't decide which kind of amp should i get. I know that Peavey XXL is not a tube amp but when i compare the sound quality with the others, i think that i have to choose Peavey. But too many people says quot; stay far away from the solid states quot;. I can't understand the reasons about this opinion.

I'm Considering Getting A Epiphone quot;vquot; . I'm Ok With Upgrading P/ups And Pots And Such , But What Do You Guys Think About These ??? Any And All Opinions/feedback Welcome . I Like The '58 Korina Style , And They're Relativly Cheap , Used That Is .

Just wondered, have you ever tried out this amp? A store close by says they are about to get one, and that it is the best amp they ever heard. It will cost about kr. 27.000.- in Norway. I have read a few reviews about it, but if you have any first hand experience, it would be fun to hear your opinion.

Would there be a significant difference if I changed the stock grillcloth from my marshall tv cab to basketweave grillcloth?

i everybody, i got a fender usa fat strat, now it sounded thick, full, and clean,one of the best guitars i ever heard, i recently brought it in to the local guitar shop to get the action set lower because it was to high, and i changed the strings.........i got it back and to my suprise it now sounds like ****...it sounds thin, with bearly no lows or mids ...how is that possible, it sounded so good before?????help

Hi guys.. I'm buying a Duncan Distortion off a great guy on the board here.. Anyway, I'm giong to stick it in the bridge position of my RG 450.. I love that pickup.. It's the F Spaced version.. I want to be able to split it and make it work with the stock pickups that are in the mid and neck positions, single / hum of the RG. Does someone have a wiring diagram or can someone point me to one on the web site so I can wire the thing in?
