I like the Super Distortion in the bridge of my Strat but it seems like a lot of people who start with the SD end up using the JB for whatever reason...how are they pups different, and how would the JB be better? Just curious and all...

before playing a gig tonight the singer called me up and said he couldnt get his pa system. no worries, ill grab mine. except i forgot that i didnt have the power amp as i left it at a club last week and hadnt had time to pick it up.
so i grab the only power i had around, a crate power block. i was VERY concerned that it wouldnt have enough juice and would sound weak.

as i'm hunting for my next guitar i came across a green one which has peaked my intrest and it made me realize of the 24 or so guitars i have owned i've never had a green one.

Just curious what is everyone is using for their middle pickup...for those that have a Hum-Sing-Hum configuration. I just bought the JB for the Bridge and the Jazz for the Neck...I was thinking the Litle '59 for the middle.. what does everyone think..any suggestion would be appreciated....

I bought a red Strat body that i'm pairing with a maple Strat neck, a white pearloid pickguard and a chrome covered C5 which I will probably install an A8 Magnet. Now, I've decided to use a couple of Tele Neck pickups that I have floating around for the neck and middle, but I was thinking about it and I might like to just put one in the neck and use a 3 way swtich and split the bucker in the middle... The guard is not yet cut for the mid or neck pups, just the bridge 'bucker, 2 controls and the switch... so I ask, one chrome single or two?
