I went out and bought this today

I have an old guitar that I am gonna string up with some 13's and use for slide, I had a brass slide a while back but I have lost it.

guys, has anyone nailed that pluck/slap/pop technique that the sikth guy uses?

Im looking at getting a nickle Phat-cat and a duckbucker in black for my squier.Or, if anyone has any used. Im interested.

What type of pups did Mr. Betts use in his McCarty?

The Mesa website has it as a EL34/6CA7 tube. Does this mean all Svetlana EL34 tubes are this or just Mesas? I know Mesa does not make tubes . Are there different makes of Svetlana EL34 tubes? like regular EL34 SED or just the kind Mesa sells (EL34/6CA7) I hear the 6CA7 tube is a cross between the EL34 amp; 6L6. Just wondering if there are differences in Svetlanas?

has anyone ordered a guitar neck from warmoth? did you have to file the nut and adjust the string slots for intonation? I hate doing that....

anyone ever try one of these? i am presently considering 2 G12H30'S and mixing it with 2 VINTAGE 30'S. any feedback................???? btw , i'm going to be using a jcm 800 50 watt head.
