So I'm going with T.J.R. Guitarworks.The first piece will be done shortly.
It's basically a Tele body,but I built a Tele stlye and an LP Jr style at the same time to see which I liked better.I like them both so I'm going to go with a body design that is in between the two with body bevels in the back,single cut,arched top.

Hey....I really love the look of the Gibson Les Paul Customs but....they are just too damn expensive....are there any cheaper models or brands that have the same premise? With good pickups?

Suppose you stumble upon a magnet, how would you determine what kind it is? How can you tell if it's ceramic, or type of alnico? HOw would you determine strength of the mag?

I've never done a magnet swap,
so I was thinking of putting SH-5b magnet in a SH-10n

korean neck through in trans red, ebony board, diamond inlays, bc rich labeled pups, Floyd...heavy as hell (weight) seems like a real nice quality guitar but the quot;made in Koreaquot; threw me....Im curious what they sold for new and what they may be worth used. This just doesnt seem like a cheap korean axe.....It looks just like the USA Custom shop one. I cant find anything like it on ebay, there is one similar in completed, but they have the wrong description....so Im sure the quoted list price is also wrong. (bolt on) Thanks
