So I'm going with T.J.R. Guitarworks. The first piece will be done shortly.
It's basically a Tele body, but I built a Tele stlye and an LP Jr style at the same time to see which I liked better.I like them both so I'm going to go with a body design that is in between the two with body bevels in the back, single cut, arched top.
1 pick-up,single volume with a 22 fret neck. The basic model,(It's gonna be called the EJH after the person I did a build for who gave me free reign on whatever crazy idea I had),is going to be a straight colour, chrome hardware with a maple/maple neck and alder body.
The Plus model will have Feiten tuning, extended fret board and be maple/mahagony body, with the persons name goldleafed on the back of the neck.
Inlays, graphics and figured/exotic woods will be extra.
The basic model will be $900.00,the Plus will be $1300.00 and the Hot Rod,(a reproduction of Hoss' with out the inlay and graphics),will be $2500.00.
Extra goldleafing starts at $40.00,graphics start at $75.00,inlay work starts at $75.00 and figured/exotic woods will vary on market price and avaliability.
Pictures will be coming soon.
Future projects,(in the works),include a travel guitar,(called the mini-we're trying to get the cost to $500.00),an archtop model,(at this point it's looking like those will start at $6500.00 so we're in no rush on that one),a line with stained glass, inlay and marquetry,(those will be mostly for show and start at $3500.00-so again no rush).
we're also looking to do a small launch on doing necks and bodies,(that should be on line in the next few months),as well as graphics and inlays.
The replacement parts will be under the name Guitarworks Replacement Parts, and the graphics will be under the name Hypa graphics.
We're also talking with a company about doing a launch on an offshore line, this has been going on for over a year and considering costs we're not rushing it.
I've also been in contact with Evan about evaluating a couple of pick-ups I designed, however costs have really dragged that down to a snails pace. And I've been in contact with the guys at Feiten for a new Floyd shelf nut,(waiting on the metal for that which I know rspct14 is also waiting for).
It's been a lot of leg work and careful use of whatever funds I have,In the next few months there should be some closure(?) to some of these launches.

Good luck!
