Fret Buzz on the 22th fret... Weird One
Hey you guys, recently i played gig, last saturday... anyways i brought two guitars to the gig, a variax 500 and a peavey tracer...
well my problems is with the peavey tracer, it has a floyd rose trem, a H-S-S pup configuration, well the buzz i´m telling you is on the 22th fret in the first string, well when i played it normal it doesnt make any noise or buzz but when i do a bend the string makes an awful noise and the sound cuts... what should it be or what can i do about it?

grounding question
I'm wiring up a strat pickguard with 2 buckers and I'm using this diagram 2hb_1vol_1tone_3way
and I'm adding a on/on miniswitch using the wiring found here, link, to split the outercoils (it's the diagram on the left, 3rd from the bottom)... I didn't bother putting copper foil on the pickguard because of the HBs, but the pickguard does have a section of aluminium foil on it by the control area....

Help with a possible pickup failure!!!!
I just got a 59 trembucker in the bridge and a super II in my neck. This was just last tuesday I got it back. When I selected either of the pickups the expected tone and volume was normal.

May wanna start stocking up on tubes?...manufacturer may go bye bye
I'm no chicken little, but if there's basically only 3 places that still make tubes for the world...and one of them goes down...uhm..that's gonna suck...

So, my DPDT switch on my tele broke the other day...so I went out and bought another one. This time, I got it home, and found that it was a DP3T switch, an ON/ON/ON.

Original Floyd Rose Tone
For those of you that have switched from Licensed Floyds to original Floyds on your guitars, have you noticed a significant difference in tone and sustain?
