Hi I am trying to find the cells containing the text defect and wanna
count how many times it occurs a month.

Column G contains the defects text and Column S contains the month.

Eg:
Column G : Column S
Defect1 occured and resulted in failure : Jan-05
Defect1 and Defect2 occurred and resulted in failure : Feb-05
Defect1 and Defect2 occurred and resulted in failure : Feb-05

So my result should be:
Jan-05 Defect1 -gt; 1
Feb-05 Defect1 -gt; 1
Feb-05 Defect2 -gt; 2--

Why wouldn't the results be:
