I have a spreadsheet with quarterly Forecast, Sales and Difference for three
years.
The assignment I am doing requires me to show the quarters on the x axis
(1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) but below the quarters I must also show the three
years on the x axis (1,2,3). I can't seem to work out how to display the two
range of fields.Michael

You can include an extra column of labels in your chart data.
Create a chart on the range A1:C13

C1: =SeriesName
A2:=Qrt 1B2: =1C2: =1
B3: =2C3: =2
B4: =3C4: =3
B5: =4C5: =2
A6: =Qrt 2B6: =1C6: =1
B7: =2C7: =2
B8: =3C8: =3
B9: =4C9: =2
A10: =Qrt 3B10: =1C10: =1
B11: =2C11: =2
B12: =3C12: =3
B13: =4C13: =1

Hopefully the tabbing layout remains readable.
