How can I highlite every second row in my spreadsheet with a colour or shade
to it makes it easier to read / follow?

TyHighlight the whole worksheet and select Format-gt;Conditional Formatting
Select quot;Formula Isquot; and insert this formula
=MOD(ROW(),2)=0
Hit the format button ande select the background color you want
Click Okay
