Hi,
I have an excel sheet with titles and summary data at the top of a
sheet, then a long list of data (rent collections -amount date
etc)going down the page. This list is for monthly collection so gets
longer with time as I add to it.
I need a printout on a single sheet of paper displaying the summary
data at the top, then in the available space below the most recent rent
collections.
In other words on screen the summary will always be shown and the
collections will scroll as I keep adding to it, so when I print, what
is printed is what is on screen.
I think it is something to do with split screen (just below summary
data at top) then being able to set the print window so it is not
static, it prints what is shown on screen
thanks

Open your excel file and click on file menu, click on page setup and click
on quot;Sheetquot; tab. Under the quot;Print titlesquot; you will find a text box quot;Rows to
repeat at top:quot;. Here type the address of the cells that contain your titles
and summary (instead of typing address you can select it by mouse click
also). Click on OK Button.
Now it will print the titles summary and whatever the cells you select below
those titles.
Thanks.
Bye.
