I am trying to filter a column of little league player's ages. The column
contains ages 6-10. I need to list only the 7 , 8 and 8 year olds.
I have tried custom filter using equal to/greater than 7 and less than or
equal to 8 but it is not correct. Any help?

Some / all the age numbers are probably not real numbers

Try this to clean it up

Select any empty cell*, copy the cell
Then select amp; right-click on the age col,
choose quot;Paste Specialquot; gt; Check quot;Addquot; gt; OK
*to be safe, clear the cell with the Delete key before you copy it

Then try the custom autofilter again
