I need to calculate overtime as follows: Over 8 hrs daily
Over 40 hrs
Weekly

I was able to calculate the daily reg and O/T =MIN($h$2,g4) and
=max(0,g4-$h$2). How do I calculate the over 40 hrs per week?Thanks

Can't quite work out your cell refs but if your daily OT is

=max(0,dailytotal-8)

then your weekly OT is

=max(0,weeklytotal-40)

or just sum your daily OTs--
