How do i get excel to do this?

I want the formula to look at cell 3D and if it is the exact reverse of cell
3B then enter 1 in cell 3E or if it's not enter 0 in 3E.

How can i do this?

Define reverse.

I want it to check for a reverse of quot;6-7-3-4-2-1quot;
