i just put a fender mustang reissue in layway...and i must say, i played a vintage one at a GC in a far away town and i twas simply amazing to me, and then i found a reissue that was nearly identical....and i was wondering if anyone else has experience with the Fender Mustang.

How does it work?
Also I was wndering how dial it in and make it sound the best?

I was just wondering if any of you guys could tell me how much, if I wanted to buy one, I should be looking to pay for a 60Watt 5150 Combo?

Any advice on pickups to use in a 12 string fender strat project would be appreciated.I figure most humbuckers would be too quot;noisyquot; for 12 strings but I do have a nice seymour duncan 59. Any lessons learned would be appreciated. Also does anyone know how it will change single coil sound if I change the pot from 250 to 500? Do I have to switch pots if I install humbuckers? I'm thinking of a stacked coil in the bridge, regular strat single coil in the middle, an a 59 or single coil in the neck. Thanks

Ok, ever since i got my fender fat strat, i have been fretting (no pun intended) over what pickups i should get. In the future i want to config a H/S/H on my guitar. I have been reading and researching ever since and figured that a dimarzio PAF Pro in the neck and Dimazario DP100 Super Distortion in the neck ( havent decided on a Single coil in the middle). Now, a buddy of mine has been telling me that a Duncan custom can help me get the classic rock/hard rock sound i want. Now i am having a hard time choosing wheter to get the custom or keep the PAF. I know for sure im keeping the super distortion. Yet,if i were to get a custom, and having the super distortion in the bridge then im stumped. PLEASE HELP ME! I need help choosing a single coil in the middle and whether the custom,jb,super distortion or paf. Then again i heard the custom was like the paf on steroids.. but please help.
