hey guys, as u know i play metal, and i jsut got a Boss NS-2 and i have the settings as Threshhold at about 3 oclock, decay at about 9 oclock, and i have it on the Mute setting...amd i doing this wrong, are there better settings for this, i am trying to cut my feedback on a heavily distorted guitar. this does it, but i wanna make sure i am doing it properly...that and is it better running it through my effects loop...and if so HOW DO I DO IT...the directions w/ it are SOOOOO confusing..or i am stupid lol...thanks

I got a gear catalogue today and i saw that Hagström is back! I heard it on the radio about a year ago i think but they said it would not be asian made instruments only US high class build, how come they are priced really cheap? I haven't seen a US made instrument under $900 here in sweden, are they really made in the US?

Hi I was wondering if you guys could help me out. I want a versatile strat (only have one but dont like the weak pus) and I like to play everything from blues to heavy. Im trying to decide between EMG DG-20 and Hot Rails/Hot Stack/Hot Rails that are the combinations available that I liked in the music stores around here. I mean if you have those pups in your strat please tell me what you think of them and what sounds can you get with it. I like Pinfk Floyd, Ozzy, Led, V Halen, Angra. What set is better for me?? I accept suggestions too... And another thing.. I want output balance between pus.(neck and bridge).. so the middle can be single...

I found one of these Traynor Mark II short heads (50 watts, EL34, point to point wired) for $175!! I've just gotta sell something to get it! Now to figure out what I want to part with Anyone have any experience with these heads? I will definitely end up needing an attenuator and a good cab (hello Avatar!) .....if anyone knows of any good mods for these things, let me know too!
