I have a Tele bridge pickup with exposed wire. Whats a good source for tape to cover it up? I'd prefer the black tape Seymour uses.

Could someone link me to that design-your-own site?
I used to have it bookmarked, but I don't anymore and I can't recall the name to save my life. Something Japanese, I think...

PAF Question
Ive heard that in those few years when gibson was making the pafs they changed slightly (like magnet size, ect.). Does anyone know these changes, the years that they were in, and what affects these have on tone?

Thank you to everyone
Thanks to all the posters here and the seymour duncan wiring schematics I have finished rebuilding my first guitar. It's a Cort LP copy from the late 70's early 80's that my dad bought for me when I was 13 (i'm now 32 yikes). For years it had been gathering dust and was even hung on a wall for ornamental purposes for a while. After adding a new bridge and tail, vintage grover tuners to replace the original cheapo strip tuners that never held a tune (i'm anal about that), new pots, switches, input, and adding a SD pearly gates to the neck, and Duncan Distortion to the bridge, I have turned a slab of plywood from the childhood into my new favorite axe. The duncan pups add so much tone that I can't put it down. I've also recently added a vintage Morley Wah, Fuzz, Volume, and now through my Tech21 60 amp I can get any sound I want and I can finally throw away my Zoom505II pedal (don't bother with these as they are garbage). Thanks to everyone here I now play several hours a day and look forward to getting my groove back. It's great to have a guitar that sounds how you want and has so much sentimental value. The posts and info on SD site gave me the confidence to chase the sound I've wanted and get rid of bad digital effects that never quite give you that raw sound. Less is more and now I understand. The problem is now that's its a complete project I want a new one (maybe adding push/pull pots or multi-way switching or maybe i'll just retool my Yamaha Pacifica 512). Thanks again, and I'll be back.

Lets Finally Solve the Polarity/Wind Direction Issue
This is a nagging headache that anyone who installs pickups needs to deal with at one point. I'm not even a newbie at installing pickups, but this problem still haunts me from time to time, especially since I mix'n'match brands quite often. I have a good understanding of some of it, but I want to hear from some members that have the solution to everything! Even though I know the answers to some of these questions, I'm writing these scenarios anyway, for the benefit of everyone.

Good Cheap Ukulele
What would be a good 4 string ukulele under 200 bones? My friend has one and they are fun to poke around on and are small enough to take anywhere.

Boost pedal?
Okay, two posts in one night...but the other one isn't really quot;forquot; me...so I'm doing this one...for me.

Replacement for my Les Paul Standard???
Well I played a few guitars yesterday: McCarty, Faded LP Standard, Elitist LP Standard Plus, Elitist 335 Dot and and Standard with the regular glossy finish. The McCarty was the lightest and most comfortable. It was very resonant played unplugged and it worked well when played in a seated position. Pickups let me down a bit though.
